Specially Made custom makes each gift per client upon order.
In some cases, we may make substitutions that are of equal or greater value.
Returns Policy
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is damage to the product.
In such a case, please contact us at (587) 988-0866 or here within 24 hours of delivery.
If you have any questions about our policy, please do not hesitate to ask us.
Shipping
Our flat rate for deliveries is $23 + GST. Gifts are hand-delivered in Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park generally the next business day, however this not guaranteed unless we confirm with you. If you have a specific date in mind, please add it to the comments when ordering. We do not offer same day delivery, although we do have off the shelf baskets available on a first come first serve basis for pickup only.
Delivery days are Monday - Saturday. Saturday deliveries must be ordered by Thursday. Hand-delivery to locations outside of these three delivery zones will be quoted based on the recipient’s postal code and delivered on Monday - Friday only.
Specially Made ships Canada-wide (these gifts cannot include alcohol). Gifts are shipped via courier or Canada Post.
Please specify your delivery date in the COMMENTS section when you place an order. Please keep in mind that we require at least 1-2 business days turnaround time for production. Turnaround times vary during peak seasons.
Pick-up
If you would like to pick-up the gift and avoid the delivery fee, we can arrange for you to pick up the gift at one of our locations. All gifts must be paid for online before arranging a pick-up time. Please also make sure that you deliver the gift within 48 hours if there are perishable items in the gift (e.g. fresh baked cookies) so that the recipient can enjoy the gift at maximum freshness. If you are unable to deliver the gift within 48 hours, please ask to substitute the fresh items with items that have a longer shelf life.
